- Dr. Shepard. She makes sure that everybody pays attention to the teachers and that the yard is cleaned.
- Ms. Johnson. She teaches 4th grade.

What’s your favorite part of the school?
- My favorite part the school is the auditorium because sometimes we get to watch movies like Air Bud, a movie about a dog who plays basketball and football.
- My favorite part of the school is the playground because I play hand-ball.

Where is the center or heart of your school?
- Our Eagle. Because it represents my school as a school that is very nice.
- I think that the Eagle is a symbol of the United States.
- The Eagle shows how Tom Bradley used to own this school.
- What I think of the Eagle sign is that with each grade we get to higher levels.

- The whole school.

If you could change one thing about your school, what would it be?
- The bathroom because people throw paper balls on the ceiling.
- The stairs because they are hard to climb. I would put in electric stairs.
- I would make the trash cans into Hello Kitty trash cans.
- I would change the boy’s bathroom to a boy’s room and the girl’s bathroom to a girl’s room.
- I would put the auditorium by the office. Because then you could walk across the hall to the office.
- I’d clean up the restroom, clean up the stalls, make sure the bathroom is clean.
- It stinks in the boy’s room. I’d put something to make it smell better.
- I’d clean up the restroom, clean up the stalls, and clean up the floors.
- I would change the tables because they’re rectangle. I want circles because then you could move the chairs.
- The one thing I would change about the cafeteria is the food because it’s not really good and I’d rather have McDonald’s or Burger King.
- I would tell the kids don’t throw the food on the ground.
- I would change the tables into triangles.
- In the cafeteria I would say don’t waste the milk.
- I would make sure that everybody be quiet in the library and don’t throw the books on the floor and make it back to the way it was.
- I would make sure people did not break pencils and try to steal them from the school.
- Change the classroom to white. Right now it’s a cream.
- I would tell the people in the library not to use the rubber bands as sling-shots.
- I would change the playground into grass because when you fall it hurts.
- I would change the playground into grass and put flowers so that it looks nice outside.
- I would change the classroom into a house and I would change the white board into a chalkboard.

- A job of the school is for teachers to help you if you’re struggling.
- To keep on track of learning.
- To have people not do graffiti.
- To help you to read so that when you grow up you can play football and baseball, because if you don’t get good grades you can’t play.
- I think the school is preparing us so that we know math, so that if we get a job we’ll know how to do the math.
- School is preparing us to graduate and get a good degree.
- The school is preparing us so that when we grow up we can write stories.

What grade/rubric would you give your school on a scale of 1 to 4?
- I would give it a 3 because the bathroom is not neat and there’s always fighting.
- I would give my school a 1, because look at the playground and the bathrooms it’s just disgusting.
- I would give it a 4+++ because this is the greatest school in the west and we’re trying to keep our school neat, friendly and, most important, respecting people.
- I’m giving our school a three because some people spit on the ground.
