If you could change one thing about your school, what would it be?
- The bathroom because people throw paper balls on the ceiling.
- The stairs because they are hard to climb. I would put in electric stairs.
- I would make the trash cans into Hello Kitty trash cans.
- I would change the boys bathroom to a boys room and the girls bathroom to a girls room.
- I would put the auditorium by the office. Because then you could walk across the hall to the office.
- Id clean up the restroom, clean up the stalls, make sure the bathroom is clean.
- It stinks in the boys room. Id put something to make it smell better.
- Id clean up the restroom, clean up the stalls, and clean up the floors.
- I would change the tables because theyre rectangle. I want circles because then you could move the chairs.
- The one thing I would change about the cafeteria is the food because its not really good and Id rather have McDonalds or Burger King.
- I would tell the kids dont throw the food on the ground.
- I would change the tables into triangles.
- In the cafeteria I would say dont waste the milk.
- I would make sure that everybody be quiet in the library and dont throw the books on the floor and make it back to the way it was.
- I would make sure people did not break pencils and try to steal them from the school.
- Change the classroom to white. Right now its a cream.
- I would tell the people in the library not to use the rubber bands as sling-shots.
- I would change the playground into grass because when you fall it hurts.
- I would change the playground into grass and put flowers so that it looks nice outside.
- I would change the classroom into a house and I would change the white board into a chalkboard.
Do you believe that your school is preparing you for the future? What is the job of the school?
- The job of the school is to keep people from throwing trash.
- A job of the school is for teachers to help you if youre struggling.
- To keep on track of learning.
- To have people not do graffiti.
- To help you to read so that when you grow up you can play football and baseball, because if you dont get good grades you cant play.
- I think the school is preparing us so that we know math, so that if we get a job well know how to do the math.
- School is preparing us to graduate and get a good degree.
- The school is preparing us so that when we grow up we can write stories.
- I think school is preparing us for later on in life we can teach our kids the work we did.
- I think school is preparing us for the next grade so it wont be so hard.
- I think school is preparing us to go to college and get a good degree and then get a good job.
What grade/rubric would you give your school on a scale of 1 to 4?
- I would give it a 3 because the bathroom is not neat and theres always fighting.
- I would give my school a 1, because look at the playground and the bathrooms its just disgusting.
- I would give it a 4+++ because this is the greatest school in the west and were trying to keep our school neat, friendly and, most important, respecting people.
- Im giving our school a three because some people spit on the ground.
