El maestro que observé es muy bueno les esplicaba muy bien a los alumnos. Los estudiantes le ponian mucha atención. El salón de clases está un poco deteriorado. Necesita pintarse y tiene cortinas rotas bajas.
En los baños había mucho tiradero de papel. Esto es porque los estudiantes lo hacen al propósito. Si estuvieran limpios, tuvieran mas cuidado de tener todo en orden. La directora podrá poner una persona especial que rebisara en vez en cuando y se dieran cuenta los que hacen el tiradero y decirles que los recojan estuvieran en mejor condición.
También la escuela esta muy triste. No tiene plantas, flores, zacate ó algo verde para que los estudiantes se animaran.

The teacher that I observed explained everything clearly and the students paid close attention. The classroom itself is a little deteriorated. It needs paint and the curtains are ripping and low.
The bathrooms had paper all over because the students do throw it all over on purpose. If they were clean in the first place, they would worry about keeping them in order. Also, if the principal were to assign someone to make sure that the restrooms stay clean and reprimand those that throw the paper everywhere, they would be in better shape.
The school is also very gloomy. There are no flowers, grass, or anything green that would motivate the students more.

Las necesidades que tiene la escuela Crozier, que son demaciadas, como para exponerlas en un papel. Son tantas cosas que no se puede enumerar a decir cual cosa tiene prioridad porque todas son una necesidad que se arregla urgentemente, como ver si los maestros tinene credencial, y si son buenos maestros. Urge maestros capacitados para algebra. La mayoria de los niños no tienen diciplina. En los salones hay demaciados niños y esto es el motivo por lo cual los maaestros no les ponen la suficiente atención en la educación que es primordial para ellos. La escuela esta demaciado sucia y descuidada, los baños en pésimas condiciones, los pasillos llenos de basura y los pisos llenos de chicle pegado por donde quiera y las ventanas llenas de telarañas. Otra cosa es que la alimentación de los niños es pésima. Les dan pura comida llena de grasa y las mesas donde comen estan demaciadas sucias llenas de aceite y de sodas todas pegajosas. Lo más importante son las computadoras que nuestros hijos tienen más de un año esperando que se arreglen porque el principal no tuvo interes en arreglar rápido el laboratorio sabiendo que eso era primordial para la educación de los niños. Nunca están preparados. A los niños, los ponen en el auditorio hasta por dos semanas, para poder darle sus clases. Eso es terrible porque los tienen sentados y castigados porque se mueven ó hablan después de que los tienen ahi por su culpa de incompetencia de la directora. Recibimos noticias que la qgua tiene mucho plomo y es algo muy peligroso. Tenemos que poner mucha atención de que pongan filtros pues son nuestros hijos los que esta en peligro su salud.

The needs that Crozier Middle School has are too many to explain on paper. There are so many things that are a priority and need to be urgently fixed. For example, we need to see if the teachers have credentials and if they are good teachers. We really need teachers capable of teaching algebra. The majority of the students are not disciplined in the classrooms. There are also too many children and this is the reason why they do not get enough attention in their education, which is the most important thing for them. The school is very dirty and uncared for. The restrooms are in bad conditions, the hallways full of trash, the floors are full of gum, and the windows are full of spider webs. Another thing is that the food that students are given is not nutritious because it is full of grease and the tables where they eat are dirty and sticky. The most important thing are the computers that have not been repaired for more than a year because the principal did not care to fix the lab immediately even though she knows that this is so important for the students’ education. The students are not prepared. They also put the kids in the auditorium to teach them for as much as two weeks and this is terrible because they have them seated and punished there for talking or moving when it is the administration’s incompetence to blame. We heard that the water has a lot of lead in it and it is something very dangerous. We have to pay close attention to this and ask that filters be installed because this is a health risk for our children.
